Flowtera Solutions is a South African ServiceNow consulting and implementation company, established in 2025. It was created to provide focused, senior-led support to organisations that need practical platform expertise without the complexity and overhead of a large systems integrator.
We combine technical depth with business-process understanding across IT service management, customer operations, infrastructure visibility, employee workflows, platform engineering and custom application development. Our approach is deliberately outcome-led: configure responsibly, integrate cleanly, govern sustainably and transfer knowledge throughout delivery.
We are African-founded and built to deliver against global ServiceNow standards — with an understanding of local skills constraints, cost pressure and regulatory requirements, and of the opportunity to build lasting platform capability on the continent.

Founder & Principal ServiceNow Platform Architect
Teboho is a ServiceNow specialist with more than six years of experience delivering, optimising and supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments. His experience spans solution architecture, platform development, ITSM, CMDB and CSDM, integrations, automation, governance and complex production problem-solving.
His professional assignments have covered complex enterprise environments across energy and industrial operations, financial services and other service-intensive organisations. These assignments form part of his personal professional experience and are not presented as Flowtera customer engagements.
